Where do I start. My husband and I took our caravan to this company to have a weight upgrade on our caravan. From the moment we arrived the ladies in the office was so polite and helpful. Caleb looked over our van to see if an upgrade was possible. He got under our van and notice the springs we’re not strong enough for our van and the u bolt had up a big dint in our chassis. He was so helpful and went into the office and found a place in Queensland that sold the springs we needed. They only had six left as they are not made anymore (we needed 4). So I was able to buy the 4 payed for them and had them sent to Felk Engineering. Felk Engineering let us leave our van there instead of towing it back to Camden in Sydney . This all happened on the Monday , Wednesday we got a call to say our spring had arrived and Caleb will fit them. Received a call Wednesday afternoon to say our van was ready to be picked up. So today Friday we went and pick our van up. To say we are ecstatic over the work was done is an under statement . Caleb done our up grade welded a second chain on our draw bar and replace our springs with the new ones. Thank you Caleb and all the workers at Felk for going out of your ways to help us and being so professional . Just goes to show that there still is a great company that takes pride in their workman ship and knows how to treat their customers. Oh and we were so happy with the price. So we would highly recommend Felk Engineering.

Was after a new 90hp motor to upgrade. From the very first discussion with Michael i knew that i was going to be well looked after. They collected and delivered my boat from my house, at all times i was kept informed of the progress on the changes. From a customer service aspect Michael and Karen can hold their heads high, and be very proud of their dealership. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family to deal with. Thank you guys.

Easy to assemble and fit I have only used it a few times at home but works like a charm, the side loader appears to be a lot easier to use than an over the back type and at no time is the boat standing bolt upright with the bow some 4 meters in the air as I have seen with other loaders, the whole loader arrived well packaged as and when expected, the instruction sheet could do with some upgraded photos, a picture being worth!!!Overall very happy with service, contacts and, product.

Friendly helpful staff & they had the part I needed

Very disappointed after giving Warragul Marine another chance. Tripled the quote and the owner Simon started swearing at me after I asked questioned the price. Would not recommend taking your boat to this unprofessional business.

I must say the guy's at Dinghy World put in 110% , bought a folding trailer for our 3.3 inflatable, i will point out the guy's at Dinghy World would not sell the trailer to me until they new our inflatable would fit , left inflatable with the guy's went back the next day and it was set up on the trailer ready to hook up and tow away , awesome customer service Highly recommend

We bought a 8x5 tandem trailer. My partners new toy and he is absolutely ecstatic. He said it runs smooth and is easy to tow. Extra easy to move around the back yard too. The customer service has been fantastic. Highly recommend

Stay away !!!!!! ono customer service at all. signed a contract for a new boat 14 months ago only to be stuffed around, no communication and now won't honour the contract after the boat has arrived. You can do much better!!!

Very happy with the service they gave. Got my old motor running sweet again.Thanks guys
