Boot repair shop

Had keys cut for a rental property and had to go back to have them fixed.They open at 9 am and I was there at 9:05 am.The guys said: Don't come at 9 am I'm never here".Well guess what......going somewhere else then."

Great service, fixed my broken shoe zipper quickly. This was my second time at the shop because the first glue fix didn't hold. So I was happy they did the fix again without charging me, this time the fix was done with a metal rod rather than glue for a stronger hold. Would recommend and go back again.

My Nana came in yesterday to have the battery of her watched changed, seeing as her watch wasn't working anymore, and was told by an employee in his mid 30s that it wasn’t the battery that needed changing, but the actual watch itself that needed fixing. Today my Nana left to visit the Noosa civic Mister Minit, and decided to show her watch again just in case. The employee at the Noosa civic branch discovered there was no battery in the watch upon inspection, and furthermore, when placing a new battery in the watch, found that the watch functioned perfectly fine. Was hurt to see my Nana mislead like this, the watch is very valuable to her and she was disheartened when she thought the watch broken.

Ian and Sara went out of their way and spent considerable time to problem solve my car key issue. thank you so much.

Dropped in today to have an extra hole punched into my Birkenstocks. Took no time and Nick pleasantly waved me on my way without charge - even though I insisted! Great stuff!

James did the most gorgeous engraving on the ID tag for my puppy, and added two lovely little paw prints! Really happy I went and purchased in person at a local shop rather than buying on line.

Derek is very professional. My watch is like a brand new one after he changed the sratched glass and battery. All staff are very friendly and the service exceeded my expectation. Strongly recommended!
