hi,I bought safety shoes and went to work. After 2 hours I realized my legs paining badly and came home and Try to return it today to shop in North Geelong. They refuced it even it in mint condition.All good. It already named as BAD and why I bought it?I did the wrong thing. But never again in my lifetimeI lost my money time and job one day personal leave too becoz of rubbish product.I learn something from this not putting any single step again

After waiting for 10 mins at a different workwear store with staff who didn’t even acknowledge we were there, we left to go to Active Workwear to find very helpful staff and a quality product!

I have purchased a 'rain set' pants + jacket a couple of months ago and have not had a chance to come back instore to swapt it or get a refund as the pants were actually faulty and I could not wear them.I came instore today given that I could manage to get some time to do the swap, unfortunately I couldnt provide the receipt as it may have just gone missing or I threw in the bin.The guys instore were nice enough in trying to help me finding the transaction on the system. We couldnt find the exact day of the purchase.Long story short I have had to throw A FAULTY item in the bin as the manager of the store wouldnt approve a refund or swap.This is very poor customer service RSEA Richmond.Never again !

Fantastic service. This guy knows his products and suppliers. I'm particularly impress him ordering in womens trade wear in my difficult to find small size .

Really helpful, very friendly. I went in with a walking stick due to injury. I was greeted, helped and assisted from entry to purchase, staff waited on me and brought me pairs to try... Best customer service in a long time anywhere, thankyou ladies

I was looking forward to getting a pair of Ugg boots from hear, but, unfortunately within a few months of purchase, the wool in the sole completely wore through! I spent lots of money on these supposedly ‘high quality’ Uggs, and they wear through. I suggest not buying this brand and finding a different one.

You know i would of given 5 stars , i had a young guy help me and honestly they should use him as an example of how staff should be.. The guy like serving me was awesome serioulsy but then for some reason a lady who acted like she had more seniority over this guy thought she would take over, and to be honest it felt pretty rude how she took over i have no idea what job she needed him to do, i know it was a quiet day. But the service from her was not heart felt, it was as if she had something else on her mind. so i think a big stuff up there.. Other then that great prices

He answered the phone at 1 minute to closing and expedited a product asap from Horsham to Adelaide to get here before Mother’s Day. Excellent experience.
