Amazing customer service! Chelsea who was help us with our request made the process so quick and easy and gave us so much information about the model we've chosen for our store! 10/10 would recommend doing business with Big Wet Spring Water and Filtration Systems!

Water is great, website & service is dismal.I cancelled my service and arranged a collection date for cooling service. They never turned up despite receive confirmation text stating that it was arranged. This ongoing process happened 5 times... Such a waste of my time calling, rebooking collection and after 3weeks it still was not collected. I eventually said the unit is no longer my responsibility as we moved out, and they never show up to collect. Now I receive a fee for lost cooler.Do yourself a favour, NEVER order water through these bozos unless you enjoy incompetence and don't mind dejavu

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!I ordered a water dispenser weeks ago have been told twice it would be delivered and nothing arrived ! Customer service do not respond or answer unless you go through the new customer route and then when you detail your issue they are extremely unprofessional and advised they would send a refund form and I would get a refund in 2 weeks . When the form came by email it was blank and they are now uncontactable again . The customer service rep actually advised it would be easier for me to go through my banks fraud process to retrieve the money which is very strange advice to give I wish I had came across reviews sooner as this company is clearly now a scam !

Great idea having you-tube clips, I found them very informative! Having fresh, clean water available in the home and office is so important, well done!

DISGRACEFUL - This company seriously needs to do something about their rude and terrible customer service. My family have an account with Neverfail and has not placed any orders since June 2022. However to our surprise, an order was raised through our account without even placing one. Upon contacting Neverfail about the issue, the customer service representative was very rude at the outset refusing to cancel the automated" order and issue a refund. Apparently there was a "2-month frequency" set on the account which is not evident anywhere in the account portal and makes no logical sense given the last order being placed 6-months ago. We have requested an immediate closure of the account to avoid any reoccurrences. In the event that this does reoccur

Loving our fresh, clean water from our local spring!!! It really is refreshing knowing we're drinking clean, nutrient and affordable water without any nasties. Plus the customer service is great.

Fantastic product

We had a Novo H2o plumbed-in filtered water cooler installed in our office last year. Wanted to rent and the quote was very competitive and easy to follow . Installation took about 45 minutes and was neat and tidy. They come out annually, change the filters and check the system. It's automatic, you don’t have to call them. it's just done. Very happy with the product and the service.

The best tasting water but we just drink 15lts water a week we go through it to quick before the month is up there’s got to be a better way

Excellent water!!!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great price for unlimited water.
