As the mother of the bride, I had no idea of the relationship you have with your designer. Sasha Belle Bridal were so experienced and listened to everything my daughter dreamt of for her wedding dress. Sasha made everything so easy, and the dress turned out exactly as we had envisioned. She lead us all the way, and embraced any ideas we came up with, and the same for us. We worked as a team and laughed a lot along the way. Her mum Penny along with Sasha, made the most amazing dress, and on the day the guests were in awe of her Byron Bay perfect dress design. We are telling the world about you.Thank you to you both. We will never forget you.

I had the most beautiful experience at Bluebell with Shenali. She went over & above throughout my 90 minute consultation. Shenali made ordering a dress from the UK (without physically seeing it) a seamless & stress free experience, doing her best to recreate the look from various dresses on the floor. Her personality, humour & calming nature are exactly what a bridal consultant should possess. I cannot recommend Bluebell Bridal & Shenali more highly!

Had the perfect Deb dress for my daughter. She opened the shop specifically for us and was so lovely and helpful. Even though she is a long drive away from where we live I would highly recommend her. Michelle is wonderful

She was very condescending and rude. Only let me try on four dresses and then basically kicked us out. Will not going back.

Rayner helped me alter a wedding gown I bought to make it the right style for me. She was so helpful, gave me ideas qbd suggestions and just made it work. The finished product was perfect, better than I could have hoped for, she really listened to what I wanted. I’m very happy with my dress.
