Bubble tea store

Ordered the brown sugar milk tea, it was absolutely refreshing and delicious. The pearls were soft and easy to digest, the taste of the brown sugar milk tea was top tier! My family and I reccomend this shop. Will come back another time!

Stuffed up my order on two bubble teas. Called them up next day manager said will remake one. Went into store was told if order was wrongly made had to be brought back same day. This place is quite a distance from where I live. Drove there for nothing and drinks wasted as they couldn't be drunk. Not returning to this place. They make customers pay for their mistake!

Not bad coffee. Won't be getting the apple juice again. Went brown very quickly.Good seating area.

We ordered some catering boxes for the morning of our wedding. Delivery was on time and the food was delicious and filling. Communication was also fast and easy. Thank you Kimasu!

This place is very poor customer service. The bubble tea is take forever to come out. The gave me wrong order but I didn’t hear any “SORRY” from them. NOT recommended at all. Please don’t come. This service will ruin your day!

New management are absolutely killing it!! We decided to dine in today. My partner and I got a hot pot each, spring rolls and my son had dinosaur nuggets and chips. The hot pots were delicious and full of flavour. They have a wide variety of ingredients and different choices of soup bases. The spring rolls were huge and delicious. I had a sneaky couple of chips from my sons plate and hands down the best takeaway chips I've had in a long time. Very kid friendly our son loved his food and didn't get bored. Staff are lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of the girls. Claimed she asked us if we wanted sugar in our drinks when she didn’t ask at all. We went back to ask if they can remake it as we are diabetic and can’t have sugar. she got angry at us saying she did ask us and that we should’ve told her when it’s her job to ask us about sugar and ice level. We wasted money on drinks only for them to be thrown away by the girl as she couldn’t be bothered to make us new ones. Do better honestly.
