Terrible experience. The product was ordered online. Not listed as out of stock. Delivery within 10 business days. The price went up after ordering.I contacted to all where the product was after 3 weeks from when I ordered. I was told it would take another two weeks to arrive. One week later I was called and offered inferior product that was in stock and told they didn't know when my product would arrive and it could be quite some time.I complained to head office and my product arrived two days later! Clearly it was in stock and simply didn't want to send the product for the price paid online. Will not purchase from Tradelink again after this experience.
