Ellie and the team at Innovative Splashbacks were marvelous during the whole process both with advice and meeting our needs for our unique splashback. The splitting of the photo of french black truffles across two panels joining at the corner were perfectly matched and showed all the details in the truffles seamlessly. We had 3 Velux installed in our home at Springfield. We were worried that our steep roof would have proved a problem but Skydome Erina’s staff and installers made it look easy and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! 2 dark areas in our home were transformed into light filled spaces and the impact it has made on the look and feel of these rooms has been huge. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, they were a pleasure to deal with from the first time we visited the showroom and the finished product is fantastic. Thankyou!

We were moving into a new apartment which required Totally Outdoors to work with the major construction company to supply the materials a long time before they would actually build the louver roof. After many discussions with the building engineers, surveyors, councils and permit requirements we have our louver roof. We only worked with Totally Outdoors by phone and didn't meet them face to face until the construction started. They were seamless in keeping us informed as to the progress, and delivered a high quality product. We couldn't be more happy with the service, product and communication. I found this place in March, when out hooning, after about a week guy came out to measure up my gates. Pulled out poles and disconnected clamps. But never got a quote?? Would have been good before shed went up. Trucks coming and going. Still dragging old fence, othe side hanging by a hinge. Thanks for nothing. Have try Watsons fencing, they might know how to do gates.

The other day I went to Bunnings Pakenham to pick up a replacement gas bottle. I walked into the store with the empty bottle, and a lady at the service desk immediately on my left shouted at me at the top of her voice, take that out of here now

I building the house and workshop use Kaivan's panel for 3 years , never met any problem , this is the best panel and top quality in Melbourne i think !!his panel really good joined and smooth ,Z lock joined perfect and easy. price also much good for me ! i like this guy he is a profesional seller man . this guys has his own factory in china that's why he could keep the quality and the cheaper price for us .

I absolutely love Bunnings, I’ve been a loyal customer across the country for over 14years. However the Clarkson branch in WA is absolutely terrible, firstly as a personal observation, there is no diversity, 99.99% of the staff are white, secondly I always feel a tremendous sense of dissatisfaction dealing with arrogant and disrespectful staff, particularly from the young ladies at the counters/service desk. I have had to return items a few times as a result of bad advice from staff, with a latest one being tiles. I got assistance to purchase outdoor tiles only to realise that I had purchased indoor tiles when the tiler was ready commence work. Upon returning the tiles, I was given the run around when I noted the credit voucher had a slightly different “lower” amount compared to the initial purchase price despite showing them pictures I had taken a while back during the initial purchase (difference of $68 to my disadvantage) The overly immature no customer service young ladies at the service desk refused to listen when I presented the old receipt showing actual values, told me some bull dust story that Bunnings does not refund figures once a credit voucher has been issued. I asked to speak to a manager who was quite helpful and issued my full refund - the manager was Polynesian in appearance. although I appreciated the refund, I got no apologies from the other 2 vile young ladies.
