Bus company

A Coach load of residents from Lilydale Valley Views Retirement Village had a most enjoyable day touring to Castlemaine. Harrison, our driver was excellent, coping with some hiccups such as road closures and slow meals. His pleasant and cheery manner made the day most enjoyable. Well done, Harrison & Harlan Tours. We would certainly use this company again for Senior Tours.

Some of the negative reviews for this company are from people that haven't even travelled with Alpine Spirit! A small number of these people unfortunately do have a personal vendetta towards the owners for things not related to this business and the services provided. Google refuses to remove their content even after proving the non-validity of the review.People using this form of media to belittle the company and taking advantage of them not being able to rectify the issue (if there ever was one!) - is very disappointing, weak and sad. There drivers for school run are igent

I enjoy the services and reasonable rates offered by Premier, although being limited nowadays, im just glad that your fleet continues to service the greater coastal areas and beyond with such a land coverage, Brisbane, Sydney then Eden with at least one service per day in either direction. Thanks again Premier motor service for your ongoing commitment.

Great place

P&O Explorer Unexpectedly berthed in Brisbane on 20th July and were lucky enough to engage the Kangaroo Buslines to ferry us to and from the magnificent new terminal to Brisbane.On the return shuttle, Kerrie Anne was our driver and not only was she excellent at her job but her enthusiasm for her role as driver, the owners and family members of the company, the staff, the conditions and the professional way Kangaroo Buslines was run was a joy to hear. Her enthusiasm was infectious and we wish Kerrianne and Kangaroo Buslines the very best for the future.

Most unreliable busses I've ever had consistently late and bad drivers on the road and with manners wish there was an alternative bus company

I had a horrible experience with Pulse Party Bus. I had booked this service for Listen out for a 1pm pick up. The driver, Stan, arrived around 20 minutes early and when I went to greet him and let him know we will be another 20 minutes he told me “it was fine and to take our time”. Around 5 to 10 minutes before we were set to leave I was told by my guests that the driver was angry and asking us to hurry up. I had to rush everyone into the bus and apologised and we left at exactly 1:05.The bus had no air conditioning and despite asking the driver, there was nothing he did to help. His seating area was nice and cool from the air conditioning and our section was actually having hot air being blown through it and no windows to open. Furthermore, the driver, according to multiple friends of mine, was deliberately stopping the bus several times so that we would fall from where we were sitting/standing. As well as, speeding the entire way there. I understand that being late could effect his other appointments but I thought it was entirely unnecessary and an extremely unprofessional ride. This was meant to be a service and experience for your customers and instead was nothing like what your website was promoting. I won’t be using your services again.

Bus service cancelled 4 days before departure, no call, just email notification and no follow up. On return trip, bus cancelled on the same day in the morning. Luckily the drivers are more understanding than the lady at the counter. Sorry but this should be zero star from me, tickets are pricey.

Have used the service for over 12 yrs (on & off of course) & it's good to see some faces from over a decade ago who are still here (Andrew being one)..8)
