Wonderful staff, excellent service and great gear! We were served by Bel who was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in fitting out a group of 4 with everything we needed. Quality, new gear that was a breeze to use made our quick snow trip really enjoyable! Will absolutely be returning.

There are no chairs to sit and wait on which was appalling for my elderly mother as we farewelled my brother at 8pm at night. We had to pull up a shopping trolley for her to lean on because the bus was late.
