Initial experience with Denis the manager was great, however when chasing my Miele which has gone missing for 2 weeks (2 months old and needing repair) I had the absolute misfortune of speaking with “I only work one day a week” Winston, which reallylet the Mona vale team down. Terrible customer service, very rude, very unhelpful. He assumed to tell me he only worked one day a week so didn’t know anything about my missing hoover even after giving him the job number. Bing Lee please consider training your team that if a customer is given a job number perhaps the team could look it up and consider recording notes or updates so the customer is left with at least some level of update… genius I know but would help “mr one day a week acting manager!”

I understand being an understaffed and that too over the weekends could be overwhelming for the staff. But lying and being discourteous is not advisable. Making people deliberately wait while talking endlessly with some customers is annoying to people standing in queues for around an hour. Is it deliberate attempt by staff members to make the company feel that they are understaffed?

The place was amazing, I loved the customer service and wide variety of accessories and camera gear. I was greeted by Taj he was really helpful with his knowledge, something you don't see a lot anymore. Definitely will be coming back again.

Honestly love this place so much! I have probably bought $15,000 worth of equipment from these people and I have never been let down by their customer service of price. The only reason I'd ever go somewhere else is if they didn't have what I was looking for, which hasn't happened yet.
