Torrin was the sale assistant that served me today. This was my first time in this store we were looking at some bikes but weren’t 100% sure what we were looking for. Torrin kindly came up and asked us if we need any help. He was so nice and patient with us. as we asked him loads of questions. He helped us make our decision so much easier by listing to what we wanted to do with the bikes and he helped us make the right decision. His costumer service was amazing and its definitely 5 stars from me, and we will definitely be back again.

Anaconda Joondalup
After several 'intensely' negative experiences with the Anaconda Butler balding-bully store member, we have decided to now only visit the Joondalup store---it would be worth the extra drive time. In total contrast to the Butler store, the Joondalup store staff members are incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and they each have a genuine interest in delivering quality customer service. We'll be back to Joondalup each and every time from now on.
