Took iPad in to have the USB port replaced 22.5.22, had to pay $70 upfront to have it looked at, was told there is a 1% chance the screen may crack when they attempt to open it and that I no refund will be given if they crack the screen while attempting, sure enough may 1% chance came to fruition, then rang me up with some bogus story telling me the hard drive is not functioning as they didn't want to tell the truth, without even mentioning the screen was cracked, guess they were hoping I wouldn't ask for it back, then when I collected my now rubbish I found the have removed the camera wires altogether making it near impossible to get even $5 for it as spare part on eBay. I know the only fault it had previously was the USB port as I just had it accessed by apple days before

I went to fix a laptop. They advised me that for the price of repairs I would be better off buying a new budget priced laptop. Friendly and honest.They also helped repair my mobile phone which I dropped into the ocean during a fishing trip. I thought I was going to lose all my photos, after being told by a few other repair shops that it couldn't be repaired. Took it to iResQ, was repaired within a few days. Now I recommend iresq to all my family and friends. Thank you guys

Incredible! I swear I’m not a novice but I used my iPhone to take photos underwater. I turned it off for a bit and when I turned it back on, I couldn’t get the touchscreen to work. I happened to walk by the shop and 5 seconds into my tale, she grinned! SHE ALREADY KNEW! She is not only an expert, she is wonderfully kind and saved me about €100! 10/10 recommend!
