Stayed here a few times. Nice little budget accomodation next to the beach on Emu point. What put me off is that even if the accommodation comes with 4 or 6 beds, they will charge extra for more than 2 people. So if u have 2 kids who r only a few years old. It is 50 dollars extra for every accomodation type.Edit: According to the owners' explanation, it is because of the extra costs associated with more bedding and linens etc being used. In other words, the cleaners have to put 2 extra bedsheets and covers in the washing machine and make 2 extra beds. So it is only appropriate that they charge extra 100 dollars after a two night stay. WOW

Very clean and comfortable and all you will need for a short stay. Close to all amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay. If you are looking for nice and relaxing holiday with the kids then I highly recommend this beautiful farm stay with daily animal feeding and all day access to the animals . cottages are very clean and has a beautiful view . We will be definitely back next year

Stayed 2 nights. Cabin 4 with 2 others. Very nice chalet. Fire was burning which gave it a cosy feeling. Very secluded and quiete. Had a spa outside on our balcony was very nice. Upstairs was cosy as well with the fire going. Comfortable beds. 2 things I didnt like was the shower which was very small, could only fit 1 person, you couldn't bend over to wash your feet or move around. Also the Channels on the tv was very limited, only could get 2 channels. Lucky we took our WiFi and chrome cast to watch movies from our phones to the tv. They do supply videos to watch though. Overall was a pleasant stay...

Lovely caravan park with sites separated by shady trees. Good kitchen area & nice, hot showers.

We had to cancel our planned holiday to Ski In Ski Out Chalets at Thredbo due to Covid restrictions. I would like everyone to be aware of their greedy and incompassionate cancellation policy during these unprecedented times. They retained 20% of the total cost (for our chalet $2000) and also charged an administration fee. I would be interested in what compensation they are also receiving from the government.We have tried to continue to support tourism since the pandemic began and have travelled when and wherever possible. This is the first time we have been met with such greediness. We will never travel to Thredbo again and want to warn everyone before booking at Ski in Ski out Chalets in the future.

My partner and I had a wonderful few days staying in the Tingle Cabin at Floating Forest while we prepare for the arrival of our first baby.Dale and Louise were wonderful hosts - lots of personal touches texting us with details on how to get there, welcoming us on arrival with many great recommendations and then giving us lots of peace and quiet!The cabin was just perfect- great little kitchen making it very easy to cook at home if we wanted. I personally loved the spa bath - exactly what I needed and a very comfy bed to fall into. All of the fittings were very high quality, which is not always the case with holiday rentals.Wonderful views from our deck of all the beautiful trees and the inlet and loved all the beautiful sounds of surrounding forest and wildlife. We also enjoyed a massage at the wellness centre - an amazing facility full of loving hands. We will be back!

Quite possibly the best place I have stayed in Albany! We could not fault it. Dale and Louise were so welcoming and friendly, they were easily contacted and super helpful. We stayed in Earth cabin and absolutely loved it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. There is a fireplace stocked with wood and firelighters and a little kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. We were very warm despite it being winter. Soap and shampoo provided for guests to use. Incredible views from the private balcony area, very peaceful and serene. You couldn't ask for more! We will definitely stay again.

Picturesque and peaceful. We had an incredible 3 night stay with family, booking out 2 of the 3 chalets. The property is absolutely beautiful with sweeping views over the farm and forest. Plenty of kangaroos and horses to watch from the verandah. Our hosts were so kind and helpful both during the booking process and our visit. Nothing was too much trouble and we had everything we needed in the chalets. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed walks through the property with our toddler. We will be back!
