Food is fresh with huge burgers!

The service was amazing.I went here with my grandmother a few weeks ago and she got a wedge of lemon without having to ask, the same day I got chicken salt and I totally know I didn't ask.I'm happy to be a regular.

I haven’t been impressed with burgers around new castle for quite some time now, I heard about Philled Up and thought I’d give it a try, thinking it’d be like all the restSafe to say it definitely wasn’t, I was extremely impressed with the quality of food provided, I tried the Plain Jane at first and have no tried every burger on the menu. On top of amazing food, the customer service is unlike any other place.With everyone at Philled Up being so respectful, friendly and welcoming, they gave me every reason to continue coming back.I’d highly recommend Philled Up to anyone who’s after great food and vibes10/10

Paid for a thickshake for 9 dollars, took 15 minutes and then by the time she gave it to me it was a milkshake. Very disappointing.

Dropped in after reading all the incredible reviews. Philled Up did not disappoint! The best burger I have ever eaten and the loaded fries were to die for. We will definitely will be back again and again.

The best food I’ve had in a while. The guy I wish I asked for his name was an absolute legend and so kind. He was working by himself and it only took 5 minutes which was amazing because the food was beautiful. I don’t usually write reviews but this guy deserves it absolute legend will defo be back again and again.

The food is really good takes about 15 minutes for a whole order realy good gravy is perfect. There burgers to me aren't the best they were half roar when I go the meal.
