Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional service, even stays back if you rock up before they close and are in need of medication. Cannot fault and is my regular pharmacy as a result. Thanks guys

I have never truely appreciated a pharmacy before this one. Everyone there is super friendly and caring, and when I've had some urgent circumstances they have always been extremely helpful. I could not recommended them more.

Hello Owner,thank you for your response but unfortunately you don’t have all the right facts.I was not treated fairly by your pharmacist.I had to ask her to call the supplier to get a possible day, all she said to me was I will phone youwhen they get in contact with me, really. So then she did take my advise and called the supplierand she called me back with a day which was the following Monday. That’s all I wanted to knowa day or approximately one, that’s all but all she did was ignore my urgent request for my daughters needs and how important this script was to be processed. It’s not coming from overseas but if a more professional and understanding pharmacist had understanding to my situation a issue like this would not of occurred. She has no idea how serious the matter isand I am the voice to my daughter.She was talking over me on the phone wouldn’t even let me get my message through.Stop making excusing for her. She even was rude to my carers on several occasions.Customer is always right especially in a situation that is so delicate and a matter of health.Customers keep away. This has really made me want to speak out for people who can’t.

I have never had very pleasant experiences at this pharmacy. The chemist Randa has always been quite rude to me. Recently I required some scrips to be filled. Firstly she provided me with a generic brand without asking what I wanted and within the same prescription she didn’t have the other medication in the store that I needed. There are many other chemists in the area who offer a friendly service and will ask you what you would prefer before going ahead and making the decision on your behalf. I Will not be using this chemist again. I would much prefer to visit a pharmacy that’s friendly, where the staff are pleasant to you and where the chemist is doing their best to look after you, not to try to make money from you.I also recently had a fourth booster at this pharmacy. I was unable to move my arm for a week because it was so sore afterwards. This had never happened to me with any of the other vaccinations I have been given by my GP.In my opinion, this pharmacy is not one of the better ones around.

This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to. Hans and his team are wonderful people, always showing kindness and compassion. I am devastated to hear of the incident the caused Hans and his lovey team to be out of action. I wish them all the best

Excellent pharmacy! Very informative and friendly staff that goes out of their way to help, very caring. I would highly recommend this pharmacy over others i used down the road.

Popped in for generic Promethazine antihistamine at 8:20pm after Priceline closed one evening.Staff friendly but $14:50 a lot more than the normal $8:50 other chemists charge.

Best chemist in Annandale. The service is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's hard to find good chemists that care about their patients, but in this location it is certainly present. I cannot recommend more highly. The new owners doing a great job
