I paid to purchase a used car in full and after waiting 4 days to receive the purchased vehicle they failed to provid me with what we agreed on and they had no indifference to cancel the deal after wasting my time.

Great service had a few items on the car that needed attention and these were attended to without a hassle, Salman was exceptional with communication and service well done will be back!

I have been bringing my 2015 Honda CRV to this service centre for two years. I was compelled during the second hand purchase to purchase a mechanical protection plan subject to regular servicing at the Ryde GMSV service centre.I have never once left from the service centre satisfied. Each of the four times I have booked my car in for the earliest available timeslot on a weekday (7 - 8 am typically). Never once has the quoted delivery time (usually 2-3 pm) been met. Consistently the service centre has overpromised and underdelivered on their time frames.In addition, one service was followed by a subsequent failure of the engine starter motor within 3 weeks rendering the touch ignition inoperable. I then had to bring the car in 3 separate times (I live 40 min away) to have the issue resolved. I will acknowledge they fixed this free of charge, honouring my MPP warranty but this does not replace my lost time.Overall I think they do not provide a good customer experience. They are consistently later than quoted and their service has lead to added downtime on my vehicle. They also don't have any means of directly contacting the service centre.

Hands down the worst after sales experience I have ever had, my car is under warranty the MIL and reduced power indicator came on, the the car was losing power on inclines. I consulted the user manual which said go straight to the dealer. At the dealer I was told it would be a week before they could look at it unless I left the car with them in the hope that there was a cancellation, tried to explain that I need my car for work and kids to no avail, I even asked if they could just perform diags and was told no. Went to my local mechanic who conducted the diagnostic checks free of charge in less than a minute, identified the problem and told me how to rectify it.

I had enquires about the cars they selling . worst experience ever with Feroz Husain, he have the circuits humiliating attitude and unprofessional customer service.

Recently purchased my ŠKODA Octavia Limited Edition here. Huge range of used cars neatly lined up outside, and the showroom is very clean and modern. Nice pantry area for the kids to wait while we browsed around the showroom. The staff are nice and not pushy. We did a test drive with no hassle at all.Robert and Mel assisted us during the purchase process, and it was smooth as butter. Marina looked after us for the finance, and Alan delivered the car. They're all very helpful when serving us as customer. I really hope the after sales service will be just as good.Thank you and keep it up.
