All of the staff at Advance Health Care are friendly and compassionate while maintaining a very professional level of customer service and care. The pain management program is amazing, it has improved my quality of life so much and I have learnt that I can live a (mostly) normal life despite the pain. A special shout out must go to Physiotherapist Campbell Hogan, as he is brilliant, understanding, motivational and flexible with the entire program. Thanks so much to the team, I would highly recommended this program to anyone needs it.

I took my child to visit Marcela on a few occasions seeking assistance/guidance/diagnosis for my child. Following these few sessions, we agreed we would not need any further visits. One of the parting conversations was that Marcela would provide further information on where I could seek more specialised help beyond what could be provided. Despite several emails and phone calls to Marcela (voicemail messages never returned), there was no summary of observations, no referral or guidance for where to get assistance for my child. This has translated to a waste of money, waste of time and a delay in getting proper support for my child.

Dee recently assisted me when things started to cave in around me with undiagnosed PTSD. She was patient, understanding and gave direction and therapy when I needed it most. I can not recommend her highly enough. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health and I’m heading in the right direction now thanks to Dee.

The reception staff were exemplary and appointments were timely . The particular psychologist that was seen was quick to judge & to give life changing advice without full knowledge of the situation . All within 2 months of being a patient. I can say that this has exasperated the problems & irrevocably and detrimentally changed my daughters life .

We are extremely happy with our experience at Robyn Taylor Child Development Centre. The staff are amazing, the programs are engaging and the care given to the children is first class. As first time parents we didn't know what to expect but we have been blown away by our positive experience. If you are looking for somewhere to send your child, we highly recommend !!

Having to live with chronic pain every day is not something people enjoy, it is even worse when it seems you are being ignored by your medical specialists.I found the team at Advanced Healthcare Hoppers Crossing to be both professional and helpful. After assessing your pain problems and needs they work with you to formulate a program to best manage your pain ,using pyhsio ,psychology and medication options ,they have helped me to feel better and actually be more active ,it is not easy to live feeling down all the time and the first steps are the hardest but the rewards are worth it. it is about getting your mind and body to work together and learning how to acknowledge your pain and then move forward to doing something about it so you can feel better.I have had 3 spinal operations and came close to a fourth one ,I was swallowing up to 32 tablets a day with the help of this program and great team ,I have avoided the operation and reduced my meds by over 50%, it is about being positive and focusing on wanting to be in a happy environment ,I would suggest to anyone just give it a try and see how you go .My name is William. I am 64 years old and have lived with this for the last 10 years and was forced to retire from work because of my back injuries.

The centre is very complete. They have all type of services and it’s convenient because all the therapists are connected and have a better understanding of my child’s needs.About the therapists, the director is very careful choosing a team member. Each one of them excels in their field which has given my child the opportunity to achieve the goals we thought were unreachable.The director of the centre has a great human side that shows genuine interest for the well-being of the children and their parents. I highly recommend the centre as a first option to take your children for therapy for any need they have as once again, I can tell you (my child takes 4 different types of therapies), each therapist has empathy, integrity and honest interest in help the children to achieve their personal goals.
