Be wary. Saw both a paediatrician here and a psychologist. Both were disorganised and disinterested. They promised follow ups and reports that were paid for but weren’t delivered. When I tried to follow up directly, there was no response. Office staff and management didn’t respond to emails and when I called for help said it wasn’t their responsibility and offered no help.Very concerned with payment - no so much with support and follow through.Please don’t waste your time or money. I waited months for the appointments and had a horrible and stressful experience.

Brighton Health Kids is a wonderful clinic, the staff are so friendly and it is such a warm, welcoming place. The clinic is always clean and staff very professional.

I am so grateful to have the support of the Wexford team. Dr Kulkarni's knowledge and experience has been life changing. It is peace of mind being able to trust and work with your medical practitioner. Her approach to treatment is reserved, with best interest in the child's and families overall well being. Sensitive conversations about your child's development are handled with compassion. Information provided and connections to relevant support networks are extensive. The Wexford team dedicate their services to helping children and families and we are very thankful.

The front staff are always so lovely and Dr. Betty is very professional, kind and calming.We always feel at ease and welcomed coming to Brighton Health Clinic for Kids and are very satisfied with the care my son receives.

Whilst I was satisfied (but not blown away) with the face-to-face treatment of my then 12 week old daughter, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response, attention and basic customer service received from this clinic and it’s staff following our initial attendance. The follow up care, including in relation to test results, was less than adequate. I waited 2 weeks to have test results communicated to me. I am still waiting for a response, some 8 weeks later, to information provided at the request of the treating doctor. I am also still waiting to be contacted to discuss my concerns despite assurances this would happen. I would actively recommend any parent AGAINST taking their child to Brighton Health Clinic for Kids. You will not get the care or attention your child deserves or likely requires. You will just be kept waiting.

Couldn’t of been happier with every aspect of our visit, reception were kind and understanding and Dr James was by far the best pead we have ever visited, engaging, calm, understanding and went over everything in detail!

I have been seeing Dr Alpana Kulkarni with my son, for diagnosis and treatment of ADHD since 2019.Dr Kulkarni is a knowledgeable and personable specialist in paediatrics, always speaking to my son as much as to me in our consultations. She has educated us with many techniques to manage our son’s condition as well as exploring any other potential diagnoses to give him the very best treatment. My family have been quite satisfied with how our son is progressing.We find the practice very efficient with appointments running to time, and reminders from reception welcomed in my busy calendar.

I’m very grateful to have Dr Kulkarni as my children’s paediatrician. As everyone would know, it is a arduous process to obtain a paediatrician appointment at the moment. After submitting an enquiry to Dr Kulkarni’s office I received an email outlining the booking process. There was still a bit of a waiting time, which is inevitable with a busy practice, but the process to follow was clear.Dr Kulkarni is attentive, knowledgeable and thorough with her assessments. She was always happy to assist when I needed a form completed for example, has kept me informed of my son’s test results and also provided me with a lot of information and guidance. Dr Kulkarni seems at times to have superhuman powers in dealing with my first born’s complex and lengthy file and I feel privileged to have her as my children’s paediatrician.The secretaries and practice managers (Christy, Cora, Brianna etc.) are very responsive and happy to assist with any queries or requests. They have also always kept me informed in advance on the rare occasion of any delays with the appointment time.

Very polite and friendly dr alpana is very friendly and professional takes time to listen and gives great recommendations. Very happy with the service provided

Complete waste of our money. Now we feel more helpless then when we knocked on your door.. you took the money and then ignored our emails.. it's not ok to run a kids health clinic with no care.
