Anstead Acres is a fantastic horse riding venue with a great atmosphere and very well maintained facilities. Pam and her staff are passionate about horses and their style of teaching involves not only riding but horsemanship skills as well. My daughter is thoroughly enjoying her lessons and she is always very excited for the next lesson to come around. Thanks Pam.

I found talking hens were excellent. They assisted me to adding more browns to my coop. Assisted me with information to mingle new hens to existing flock. I set up new enclosure within large chook area. Very informative and very pleasant to talk to.

Easy booking. Nice easy trail ride for beginners. They were very friendly and attentive to our level of experience. The horses were well trained and easily guided through the trail. Good fun and relaxing experience. To get here follow the signs to Hunter Valley Horse Riding, Adventures and Segway tours. They are in the same building.

Thank you so much. I won the combined Sugar Sisters Candy Bar and N&S Wildlife Demonstrations party and utilised it for my daughter Elayna’s 11th Birthday. Her and her friends absolutely loved having both of these at her party. Highly recommend both the Sugar Sisters Candy Bar and N&S Wildlife Demonstrations either individually or as a team.

The only place to buy your backyard chickens. Jason knows all there is to know about chickens and how to look after them and keep them happy and healthy. The shop is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to keep your girls happy and healthy. Thanks Jason !

We had a nice time here for dinner. The kids enjoyed seeing the animals and running around with their friends. The food was good quality at a decent price. The staff were friendly and helpful. All transactions are in cash, there is an ATM available.

My family and I loved it here. Such a nice farm with clean facilities and grounds. Lots for the kids to do and explore. Highly recommend.

Have been here 3 times now, the most recent for my sons 3rd Birthday with his Aunt and cousins and sister. Always an amazing day out, yes it’s more costly than other childrens farms but if you’re going in Summer, you get the Splash Park which makes it worth it. Don’t think I’d pay those prices in Winter though, especially when mini golf, rides etc are extra. Also I must ask why the stuffed Guinea Pig is almost double the price of the other stuffed animals? It’s the smallest toy on offer but has the highest price tag? Lol my kids really wanted one but at $28 each it was way too much. Was also very hard to find any staff unless you went to the front kiosk or the cafe, my nieces hat flew off into the front paddock and my sister had to look for ages for someone to help (we’d just gotten there and it was very sunny and windy 28C so hat was definitely needed! Sad to not have pony rides there anymore too, was my kids fave part on previous visits but may have been a weather issue as it may have been too hot to work the ponies.Overall, as long as you bring your own food and drinks, the price is worth it…. On warm days (over 26 for splash park). Well worth the drive and the kids will definitely have a ball!! Our kids were ages 3 (just turned that week), 4, 8 and 9 and every one of them had the best day ever!

School Day excursions are a wonderful way to introduce children to farming and farm animals. Friendly welcoming people enjoyable day.

A bit far from North Melbourne but worth the trip. My son had a really good time. All the animals seem happy and the enclosures are spacious. The tractor ride is included in the ticket price. You have to separately buy pony ride and mini golf entry both of which are 5 dollars each. You can expect to spend around 3 to 4 hours here. Staff are friendly and helpful.
