Don't bother with click and collect. I had to call the next day to see if the mattress I ordered was ready, even though when you checkout online it's stated that the store will contact you when your order is ready. The mattress was in stock so there was no reason for the delay.After calling I drove down to collect the mattress and after arriving, ringing the doorbell twice, giving up and calling the store, then waiting another 25 minutes someone finally opened the door to give me my one mattress. To top it off there was nobody who could help me load it on the roof of my car. I have a destroyed back, had a shoulder replaced after a traumatic injury, and various other issues from 30 years in the Army, and not one person in a furniture store could help.This is really poor and inconsiderate customer service. It seems like once they have your money, the service stops there.I definitely won't be back.

Great experience hiring from Little Party Play. They were super responsive to all my queries and pick up/drop off was a breeze. The kids loved their equipment at our party and had the best time. Would definitely use their services again!

We bought a mattress from Bedshed O'Connor which had a manufacturers fault Chloe the Manager at the O'Connor store couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the warranty Issue together with the company Rep. We highly recommend purchasing a mattress here knowing you have a genuine warranty and a manager who genuinely cares about after sales service. Thanks Chloe.

Lost $1000 because they refused me entry with not wearing a mask, when I said I cannot wear one due to tumour. Lady still asked me to leave. Was not happy!The Victorian Government states that businesses should not refuse service to patrons who may have a lawful excuse for not wearing a mask. Treating someone badly for not wearing a mask due to a medical condition may amount to unlawful discrimination.The Department of Health website says that you do not need a medical certificate to prove you have a lawful reason for not wearing a face mask under the pandemic orders.If you are asked to show a service provider, school or employer a medical certificate confirming that you have a lawful medical reason for not wearing a mask before allowing you to enter their premises this may amount to unlawful discrimination

This has been the worse experience ever. From customer service in store, to the customer care agents via the web and phone, warehouse, delivery. The entire process besides when they took my money has been a nightmare. Since then I have not received my goods and no one can see to tell me where it is or when to expect delivery. I’ve had delivery cancelled 3 times and not a single person can update or give a response. Less than fantastic experience. Totally disgusted by Fantastic furniture.

I phoned today and also went into the Homeworld store to buy a new mattress for my mum. Gary gave us great friendly service and advice, and the other staff member was also lovely. Our family have bought 4 mattresses there over the years, and love them.
