Chocolate factory

This is a fantastic place to find presents! They have an extensive range of options to choose from. What's even better is that you can witness the chocolate-making process right before your eyes. The establishment also boasts a cozy café where they serve a delightful selection of cakes and hot chocolates. I decided to try the salted caramel eclair, but it was a tad too sweet for my liking. The milk chocolate drink had an interesting presentation, and I quite enjoyed it. Just a word of caution, if you have a bumpy road ahead, it's best not to indulge too much in these treats.

So much choice!!The gelatos are delicious and the portions are huge!! We couldn’t finish ours and we only had 1 scoop.The chocolate itself isn’t the tastiest we’ve ever had but so many flavours.The cafe was also a lovely touch and plenty of seating.

Chocolate works is fantastic! I was having such a hard time trying to find what I was after for affordable prices and then I came across Chocolate Works and they made it so much easier! They were welcoming and very helpful and so willing to help me get what I need! Really appreciate their amazing customer service! Can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!

Is this an attraction,  factory or chocolate super store? From chocolate to nougat, hot chocolate to iced mocha, whatever you do,  there's a chocolate somewhere awaiting for you.

Fun factory to visit. The shop has so many different varieties of chocolate s and sweets and some famous guests have been there too! Factory is only open to you all the time. Well worth getting a chocolates as they have lots of options and all are very tasty.Staff was very friendly they specially helped us and suggested us which chocolate to buy according to our tasteThanks a lotCheers

Amazing desserts. We had a great chat with possibly the owner who explained what they do and showed us some photos of awesome cakes. The viewing window is a great idea, we wanted to stay longer to see the finished cake.

Open Steak Sandwich: very nice, well cooked. The red wine and mushroom sauce was particularly nice. The cheese on top was unusual but didn't detract from the meal. The flavors were well balanced.Belgium Waffle (with lemon curd): one of the better waffles I've had recently. It's common for waffles to be served with too little sauce or other accompaniment, not the case here with more than enough lemon curd to cover both waffles. Every element of this meal was quite pleasant, the waffles were soft. The serving size was quite generous.Cappuccino: unusually creamy but a nice flavor. Not as bitter as I'm used to but a nice change nevertheless.Verdict: overall a good time, I'd go here again and I'd recommend the above. Slightly disappointed that they had sold out of a couple of menu items we wanted to order, in particular the Ultimate Anvers Taste Sensation"

This company produces beautiful chocolate but would have to have the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered.My chocolates took one day short of three weeks to arrive. I rang to enquire about my order and was confronted by a very rude young girl. She spoke down to me, over me and was very disrespectful. There was no customer service or care at allI asked to speak to someone else and she just hung up on me.If this is how the company allows the front desk person to treat customers then something definitely needs to be done.I will not be treated with such disrespect and will NEVER buy from this company again.BE WARNED.

Best chocolate I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of chocolate! I highly recommend it. The owner is a hard working woman and I hope she does well.
