Worth travelling 2 hrs from country Vic to access expert accurate diagnosis and prompt repair at fair costs.I have had 3 dealings with Paul to bring an RS172 Clio that I originally bought as spares for my competition car up to scratch as a nice daily driver.1st he sorted non functioning heating and air conditioning.2nd he fitted later model factory style cruise control in the steering wheel.3rd sorted rear wheel bearings and missing spacers issues.All with a minimum of fuss and a smile. I am a very satisfied customer.

I recently purchased a 308GT from Regan Peugeot and the entire transactions was super-easy. Tony was always helpful (without being pushy), kept me informed at all times, and was a nice person to deal with. I also had an old car to trade-in. Looked a a Citroen Berlingo here, it was a nice car but wasn't for me. My experience however was excellent. No pressure selling, very accommodating and just a very relaxed and pleasant experience overall. If they did have the right vehicle for me I would have bought from them with complete confidence.

Paul knows his stuff and is a nice guy to deal with. I probably wouldn't have kept my Megane Sport 225 if I hadn't found someone like Paul who can competently work on it and keep it in good order. The Renault dealers in Melbourne seem to be pretty bad based on my experience of one of them and what I've heard about a few others. Go to Paul.

Indeed this individual is thorough, problem solving, well spoken, courteous and most importantly effective listerner. I would hardly regard him and your team and recommend to anyone who are looking to purchase genuine cars.

On arrival I was offered a courtesy car which I was happy to accept.Had car serviced and new battery installed. Very happy with the service and drove away with lovely clean car inside and out!

Recently bought the 308 wagon. Arthur and Tony took great care of us before, during and after. Lovely car to drive. Couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience.

Would never take my car to get serviced here again due to multiple issues;1st was overheating and they were completely useless. They took the badge off the car and advised that the radiator overflow tank needs to be filled after every drive despite my husband's concerns for the thermostat. Eventually the thermostat was replaced after repeated questioning and insisting. Car no longer overheats since the thermostat was replaced. Go figure.Took the car for regular 12 monthly services - scheduled and recommended by them in the service log book and sticker placed on the windscreen. When complaining about rust on the inside of the door wells of the car, we were told that the car hadn't been serviced enough for the warranty to be valid anymore.Last most recent issue noted was 3 months after the last service by Auto Centre Townsville. My husband noticed a progressive leak of red oil from the power steering pump hose. On further inspection the hose clamp was undone. These clamps don't become loose and undone on their own - likely due to the incompetent and clueless service centre mechanics and staff. I would highly suggest thinking twice before booking your car in for a service at Auto Centre Townsville. We will not be returning.

Firstly my name is Chisanga...it's written right there so I'm not sure how you got that wrong but it's an accurate summation of my experience with your business.If the price increase was adequately explained to me it wouldn't be an issue, but it wasn't mentioned until just after I dropped the car off. It should've been flagged when I booked. If the service was done properly though, I wouldn't have minded this.The greater issue is that my car window (which worked perfectly prior to the service) was broken when I picked it up from the service. When I picked it up, an issue with the window was mentioned casually (if there was a problem why wasn't it fixed?) but two days after I left the dealership the window stopped working altogether while wound down. As it was on the weekend and the dealership was closed I called roadside assist who advised a bolt was loose and the window was off its bracket. The window had to be taped up with plastic bags to keep the car dry over a rainy weekend.When I brought the car back in on Monday, the window was put back up but not fixed...I was asked to pay $600 for a new window. The window worked perfectly prior to my bringing the car into the dealership, I suspect it was poorly handled by your staff and now needs replacing despite functioning perfectly prior to being dropped off at your dealership.
