Beenleigh Magistrates Court
Had to contact administration staff, was an awesome experience, staff were polite, informed and knowledgeable, and the issue was worked out with zero stress in a few minutes. Wish all government departments were this pleasant to deal with.

Frankston Magistrates' Court
Bias, incompetent scum. Police admit they have the magistrates in their pocket. It isnt a court, none of the Victorian courts are. A defining characteristic of a court in the integrated court system of Australia is institutional independence and the appearance of it. Victorian courts have no institutional independence and you can see this admitted to by the ex-Chief Justice of the Supreme Court if you look up Court Services Bill 2015 in the legislative council in Hansard. Paying staff under a different ABN hasnt fixed" the institutional independence of the courts whatsoever. Same staff
