I have been after a t since b4 Xmas. I asked have you got this t in store, which they said no because it's new, and l explained that due to my body type l need to try it on as you dont give refunds.It is now February the top has been reduced and it's still only online. They explained that the shop is not big enough to carry all that is online so they rotate stock. The new range is out so why is the older stock not in the shop.?I really don't understand companies that will not refund especially online?Is it all about the money?I have been in contact with your team as to this is why I'm writing a review.

HiI went to this shop today to buy a gift, I decided to buy perfume, they had few testers , (next to the counter- inside ),I wanted to test and buy , as iam giving that as gift,I had one perfume bottle (tester) in my hand,it was tightly closed, I was trying to open , all of a sudden the old lady from the counter , came grabbed the perfume bottle from my hand, and placed in the shelf, she was very rude and was not listening what iam trying to say, ( because, she was very much interested to talk with her friend) , she acted as if iam going to take it and run away, this is the second time she is acting very rude, the young lady is very friendly.Very rude behaviour..

I stumbled upon Hanna’s alteration services as I was in the neighbourhood and her craftsmanship and service is impeccable. I brought over 10 pieces of clothing near closing and she patiently listened to what I wanted whilst giving me honest advice as to what would/wouldn’t work for each piece.I did have some initial apprehension giving her the bulk of my clothes as a new tailor but when I received them all in a week I fell in love with all my clothes that fit me well again. On top of it all, Hanna is such a lovely person who exudes joy and passion and I can’t wait to continue getting my clothes tailored with her!
