Very satisfying experience buying through Tom Grady's. We dealt with Peter Scott when buying our new property. Peter was very professional and very easy to deal with. His communication was great and was always quick to reply to any of our questions. The day we signed the contract Peter drove 2 hours up to the sellers to get them to sign and then another 2 hours back home. The whole process with Peter was faultless from start to finish. Fabulous͏ first home experienceAs a first home buyer, Mel was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain things to me, and regularly checked in, even when on holiday! She made sure that the whole process was smooth and easy to navigate. She made what can be a super stressful time really easy and stress free. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Had an appraisal done by Rebecca Kantor who was very late, sends an appraisal which was very low the day before she was meant to come without actually seeing the property then asked if we still wanted her to come. On the day of the appraisal when she finally showed up said things like size and location don't make a difference to value. Valued it way to low. We had 3 more appraisals from other real estate agents in the area who all valued it $50-$60 000 higher. Don't be fooled or ripped off by someone after a quick sale who still get their commission after being sold.

Recently leased a property with Fiona D and must I say, what a beautiful lady inside and out. She made the process so easy and straightforward and her personality really draws you and make you feel comfortable. Professional and good at her job no doubt. Thank you so much Fiona. Julie at Collier's NT is an absolute gem. She has made buying a property stress free and gone out of her way more than once to help me with a detail or answer my queries. She is really genuine and seems to care about both the buyer and seller which is uncommon.Would definitely recommend her services.
