I ordered some rubber gym mats in March. They were listed as in stock" on website.After a month I had still not received any notifications about when my order would arrive. I sent an email asking for assistance and received no reply. I sent a second email and still received no reply.I ended up calling the company only to be told that the gym mats were not actually in stock and they had no idea of when they would be available. I was offered I refund which I accepted.It has now been over a month since I was offered that refund and I am yet to get my money back.Each time I call no one picks up. I have left several voicemails but no one has returned my call.This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Complete lack of follow up to complaints or issues. Why list an item as in stock when it isn't? And why not notify customers of issues with suppliers instead of leaving them in the dark?***Update: refund was transferred after this review was submitted."

Southern Diamond Brisbane non of you want to address the issue this vac is nothing short of junk it was sold as a H Class vacuum has no Australian standards stickers on it no certificate of conformity to go with the unit I will be getting it tested next week I suggest someone get back to me before this gets out of hand and to say the least the service from your sales people is pathetic to say I’m rude
