Good spacious room, nice large balcony, excellent water pressure. Awesome location, close to Fortitude Valley and town. Furniture was comfortable, bed was SUPER comfortable. Reception was friendly and helpful. Woolworths right outside!Street noise was a bit rowdy at night and early morning but you'll find that in the middle of a thoroughfare. Room was a tad dated with maybe a few small repairs needing carrying out but didn't personally impact our stay at all.

Great central location, view and amenity

I was disappointed coming back to spring Hill having stayed there a number of times a few years ago. Every thing was clean and neat but looked tired. Spring Hill garden apartments is in dire need maintenance and refurbishments.Spring Garden apartments​ is a lovely place at great value and is only minutes walk from the CBD, it has a huge potential with some work and minor improvements.

Great place! Was very impressed with the comfort and spaciousness of Studio 35, with indoor and outdoor spaces. Heated so very comfortable during -2degC overnight. Own kitchen with equipment and very very private. Parking on street but very safe with bolted gate at front. Opposite beautiful gardens for a lovely walk in Autumn with all the changing leaves. Would definitely stay here again!

The Palms is a lovely boutique style resort set in beautifully manicured tropical gardens. With 8 apartments, we loved the relaxed and quiet feel, located a short distance from the esplanade in Palm Cove.Our apartment had a king sized bed with a fabulous fresco feature on the wall. A bathroom complete with washer/ dryer and wonderful rain showerhead, we felt very spolit.The full size fridge, microwave and stovetop meant we could easily prepare meals. We also utilisised the bbq area near the pool that had a large table and comfortable seating area.The pool area was well thought out with plenty of shade, loungers and cabanas.Though the resort is suitable for families, you need to keep noise down around the pool as to not disturb the yoga groups and other people staying at the resort.The owners Nicholas and Sergio are amazing, responsive to requests and helped make our stay comfortable and perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, well maintained

Such a nice well built family oriented place to visit to do your shopping, grab a bite to eat or have a coffee with a friend. Ed Square is the place to be when visiting Southwest Sydney.

Love living here. We are close to everything, right next to the village market place.
