Poor customer service online, having not replied twice to two seperate enquiries. Went into the store to buy a fence and weren’t prepared to help me, pick ups shut at 3:30 and I was there at 3:25, and they said they could help me with 30 minutes remaining. Customer service seems to be non existent these days and this is a prime example.

Carl and his team were great. We have a small kitchen space and Carl managed to give us more benchtop space and more storage that's what we wanted. The new design is more functional and looks so great. He always communicate with us and promptly solved any issues during the whole process. Using Carls kitchen was such an easy process. From initial first quote to the final inspection. Nasa walked us through the possibilities and suggestions mixed with our own designs. In no time the team who were always in contact with us removed our tired kitchen and replaced it with a lovely simple look as we requested. The price we paid was suited to our budget , but the work carried out and the kitchen we now have was was worth more than what we had bargained for. Carls team did an outstanding, professional, quick, no fuss kitchen. Very happy customers.

Review for Island ThatchVery disappointed with post install service follow ups. Would not recommend.It has been less than 12months since we had a Thatch Roof installed. Have had an issue with the thatching breaking away.Have had one contractor return to assess and fix but demanded payment for something that should be covered under warranty.Have tried contacting many times to have this ongoing issue resolved but all requests have been ignored.Post Sale and Install Customer Service is not on the priority list.Would think twice before dealing with this company.John Z. Carls team renovated my very old 70s kitchen into a modern functional kitchen. Carl worked with me and really listened to what I wanted in a kitchen. There was a variety of tradesmen that were all very friendly. Carl told me it would be 2-3 to complete and it came 1 day under the third week which was great!Thanks Carl and team!

Thanks to lockdowns and staff shortages, it took a while to get my deck roof project started, but it was worth the wait and they made sure I had it before Christmas. It looks stunning, has zero leaks, and has absolutely transformed my space. I couldn’t be happier!
