An unfortunate incident left my Spare eye glasses broken. A panic moment for the start of the week and just wondering if I could continue using my partly fixed eyeglass with tac. I'd be surprised if that held for more than a day. Just started calling all the optical stores out there in my suburb and Guess what most responded with an outstanding minimum of 2 weeks for delivery or ready state of new eyeglasses. I just visited this store and showed them my prescription and asked them if I could it urgently and Guess what, THEY DID IT IN AN HOUR. How amazing is that. The people were very friendly and understanding and provided me with a set of options and the Most magical thing was that they got it ready for me in 1 hour. I know for most prescriptions there will be a turn around time but , I must appreciate and applaud the fast speed with which they went to get my eye glasses. They not only saved my day but my whole set of activities that I had planned for the months and imagine the Christmas holidays approaching. Anything otherwise would have been a nightmare. Well done 1001 Boxhill store. You are the best out there. Cheers.

A recent visit to Optical Warehouse Hervey Bay was presented with friendly, helpful staff and a male Optician who was very relateable and made the visit quite enjoyable.We found the practice to be stress free and will definitely be returning customers.

I have been going to specsavers warnbro for some years now and have always had great service until now. Emma was absolutely lovely & helped me pick my glasses unfortunately when my glasses came in the reading part was missing, mistakes happen & i was ok with that, what i am not ok with is a week & a half later i called on the off chance they may be in & 1 pair was, no call from specsavers, unfortunately my 2nd pair had not come in, another week and a bit goes past i willjust just ring and see if the 2nd pair are in, again they were & noCall from specsavers. I go to pick my glasses up & was told there would be a 10 minute wait 2 people cane in after me & went in, i thought if one more person goes in before me i am going to lose it as it is not my fault of the error & i had made an appointment when i originally went to pick up my glasses, when i was finally served a comment was made about one of the pairs having these new lenses, my response was both were suppose to have it she neither confirmed or denied so now i have no idea if i got what i paid for, so disappointe

Just completed my annual eyes checkup... and would recommend this OPSM team to others. You will leave clearly understanding the health of your eyes!

I was disappointed that I was charged $90.00 to use my own frames this year. I never experienced a similar charge back five years ago. I need a plastic frame with no nose pieces that fits my nose and I was unable to find a suitable frame within the current Spec Saver stock so I used a frame from a number years back that had not been used.The Spec Saver advertisement implies a no gap for $99.00 frames. I ended up being out of pocket with my Bupa rebate which has never occurred before. Similar optical stores charge much less than Spec Savers to use your own frames. I have never had an out of pocket fee for glasses before.
