Containers supplier

Thank you to Rebecca and all the staff at Anglia Container Service. Our shipping container left Brisbane last week and yesterday landed safely at our new home in Tasmania. Their service was phenomenal. Replied quickly to all correspondence, the price was the best we found and they absolutely didn't let us down. Both the pickup and delivery truck drivers were professional and experienced. On picking up the container, the truck driver correctly guessed our container's weight. Then here it was a tight squeeze, but that was no problem for the driver.Anglia Container Service -is 5-star. We couldn't recommend them enough.

I've had such a poor customer experience like this before but I feel it's important to warn future buyers. I was told I would have a quote for used containers including specified Hiab transport for an agreed price on the phonr. The quote never came so the next day (less than 24 hours) I called again and the sales person forgot to send it. But apparently by then the prices had changed. And the best price that the team could do was over $800 more than the original price. As penance, the person promised" to personally inspect the containers himself even though they live over 3 hours away from the yard where the containers would come from. First indicator of possible foul play.For whatever reason the Hiab transport was suddenly only a sideloader which was specially told would not suit the site requirements. It took days to resolve and negotiate until the Hiab was secured. Second indicator.On the day of transport I was already en route to the site

Driver was rude and pushed stuff off the bin onto the verge and just drove away without letting me know but the office staff were really helpful considering I had to organise it via email from work.

I was concerned with spending money on a product without seeing it first, especially with all the scams happening right now with shipping containers. We decided to risk it for the biscuit as the quote from this company was unbeatable.Safe to say it paid off. We received a solid 40ft container to our property in Jindabyne and on time.I would recommend this company and in particular Eliah, as his customer service was outstanding.We are happy with the product and our experience with Port Shipping Containers.

Eliah was great to deal with, gave us the best price & was more then happy to go back & forwards with sending through quotes until we decided on what we needed. Unfortunately after purchasing we ended up having a substantial amount of rain for months on end meaning our choice of placement for our container was a mud pit. Eliah was more then happy to hold of delivery until we could get the area ready & then organised delivery within 2 days of us giving the go ahead. I hired a skip bin from West Coast Waste for my renovation project, and I regret it so much. The bin was dirty, smelly and full of holes. The delivery was late, the pickup was early and the customer service was rude. They charged me extra fees for no reason and damaged my driveway. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. They are a waste of time and money. West Coast Waste? More like West Coast Worst!
