The Valley Discount Drug Store
Always great service and friendly, professional staff. Phoned today about a script (with an apparently uncommon medication) and was anxious about missing my dose. My script was ready and waiting for me when I arrived later in the day - they had reordered my medication in anticipation of my repeat script. They provide customer care, not just customer service. 10/10 recommend this pharmacy.

Not sure why the advertise their hours on here and on their website. They clearly have no idea what the time is. They don't open on a Sunday and it's how well after 9 on a Monday and they're still no closer to opening. Only pharmacy in town. Pretty poor formIf they spent less time in setting up 6 hat stands and more time on being a pharmacy I'm sure their service would improve 10%

Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. The staff always go above and beyond our expectations. Our baby needs a compounded antibiotic and we live on the tablelands, they deliver to Cairns and meet us every few weeks. What a wonderful bunch of people!!

I hate being ripped off locally. A dollar or so here and there is acceptable but being charged 3x more than a pharmacy in Cairns is ridiculous. Item 1 - Local $15. 49 for 1. Cairns $22.96 for 4.Item 2 - Local $64.34, Cairns $46.99 for the identical medicine.Thanks Atherton, you'll not get a cent from this, your long standing local customer again.
