Country food restaurant

Drove early from Griffith and found this place to stop for brunch. Small but yummy selection. I’m not a coffee drinker but husband is - his verdict was coffee is pretty damn good. Lovely bright place.

Food was okay - really loved the calamari but everything else was just alright. Chips came with everything and were basically frozen french fries. Anyway enjoyed the chill vibes here. The ginger beer pint was good - have it with ice and a slice of lemon!

Lunch specials from $11.90 to $15.90. Had the Duck in oyster sauce.

The place looks great. Its super noisy and seems like a fun atmosphere. The drinks were not too expensive (though sloppily made) but served with a good attitude by the young staff. The food is too expensive for what it is. Lacklustre plating. We had the rib eye which was tasty, but served with the wrong sides (sloppy watery mash instead of undercooked under seasoned { not really baked } potatos which we were begrudgingly given after we went back to the counter) we also got the sweet potato fries which were lovely and the spicy chicken wings which were boring AND not spicy. I feel like I would go back here, maybe when they get more into the swing of what they are doing.

The coffee here is awesome - roasted on site in Cootamundra. We live in Sydney, so lucky for me we can also order it online through their online shop - And we do! A good range of varieties to choose from, including a particularly excellent decaf for those times you want a late coffee, but would also like to sleep eventually. 5 Stars deserved, especially for the delivery times from Cootamundra to Sydney - of 4-5 orders so far, and haven't waited more than 2-3 days standard shipping. Amazing service.

It was very nice, great atmosphere. Pretty decent vegetarian options and all the food was pretty good. Four stars because the food wasn’t AMAZING but I would still come back. Not a very big desert menu though. Staff were pretty nice and there was lots of space and tables.

Terrible. The Agedashi tofu was fried in a flavourless flour, with minimal sauce.The teriyaki chicken had no sauce and same again flavourless. Raw tuna was amazing. Sorry but won't ever come here again. Shou restaurant didn't have uber eats tonight, I really should have just picked up. Please try shou restaurant, it's much better.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting CHICO Korean Chicken & Cafe. It was a hidden gem! The staff's exceptional service, paired with their mouthwatering Korean fried chicken, created an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I had the best time here last weekend in Windsor, the food tasted amazing and the atmosphere was just lovely! Amazing food and service, the ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting and the customer service just made it 10x better. A for sure must try!
