Extremely good service! The staff are all friendly, professional and patient - I mostly interacted with Isaac, but my dad spoke with both Rosie and Peter over the phone and had a good experience with them as well. I was paying for petrol and then I lined up to get coffee. There was a guy behind me in line and the cashier was rudely trying to convince him to pay first. I think the cashier was being racist to the customer because people get coffee before paying all the time.

Harlan Transport: Bus Hire Melbourne & Private Group Tours
A Coach load of residents from Lilydale Valley Views Retirement Village had a most enjoyable day touring to Castlemaine. Harrison, our driver was excellent, coping with some hiccups such as road closures and slow meals. His pleasant and cheery manner made the day most enjoyable. Well done, Harrison & Harlan Tours. We would certainly use this company again for Senior Tours.

Have used Perth ideliver a few times and he was fantastic. Pricing was excellent, customer service and communication. Had jobs Mt Claremont to Claremont and St James all the way to Golden Bay and still cost effective. Highly recommend this company. Responsive to messages and good communication.

Aramex Hawke's Bay
Lost a $400-worth parcel that was meant to have been delivered to Christchurch but was signed for at Hawkes Bay depot. Been waiting for 3 weeks now for any update through the retailer who seem to have difficulty getting any response from you guys. If it's not lost or stolen yet, the least you can do is communicate and provide better support. Appalling.

This store employee is one of the worst I’ve met at 7eleven I’ve encountered. The bold headed guy’s attitude is far from customer satisfactory level. You have to say hello am here to be served right on the counter whiles scrolling his phone literally ignoring you intentionally.
