Was interested in the Formentor from before the Australia release.Visited the sales team on several occasions and always found them very knowledgeable and willing to assist.I purchased the VZx Formentor and couldn’t be happier. What an amazing ride with looks, power, and handling.Special shout to Jo-Ann for going the extra mile in helping me to decide. Great sales experience from Mark and Patrick. The test drive with Mark was an absolute blast that had no sales pitch and was strictly about showing exactly what the car was capable of. Think more co-pilot, and less salesman.Despite issues with VW Finance, Mark and Patrick pulled off an early delivery. Every interaction was personable and effective, making the experience more like an arvo with mates than a stuffy sales pitch.
