I’ve been coming here 2 to 3 times a week. Loved this place to play pool with mates.Price isn’t great but still came frequently.My last experience is beyond wordsThe opening hours were 6pm so I got there at 6 to find it wasn’t open.Thought okay the person opening might be running late.Long story short I ended up waiting in my car for an hour for it to open. And it never opened. No letter on the door or anything.Phone was turned off as I tried to ring every 10 mins. There was just no one there.Just lost a very frequent customer, That was happy to pay the already above average price.I’d give less stars if I could.

Great service, professional quality pool tables, the way the balls glide across the table make be writhe in pleasure. Great connection for video games, good keyboards and mouse's, some chairs could use a touch up. Smoking area & darts. Average price alcohol, cheaper than the club's. A great place for a social night with friend/friends.

Couldn't be happier with the purchase of our new pool table. David, the owner, was very knowledgeable and happy to help with our customisation requests. Great price and great table.

I've only bought a few cues at Topshotz, but from my brief experience, the owner was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Good parking too. I imagine I'll be back in the future.

Great service, staff really know what they're doing, great range of high quality tables and accessories easily customised. I was even able to trade in a table for a smaller one, with the guys coming to remove the trade-in. On time, well equipped and easy to deal with.

Very disappointing experience from this company, although staff were friendly at moment of purchase. When I went in the next day to explain my situation with faulty darts (that weren’t fit for purpose) with proof of purchase. I was told as soon as item leaves the shop they refuse any responsibility for replacement or refunds. Was also told that the darts could have been stored in the sun even though it’s winter and raining at the time? I only had the darts for less than 24 hours. Poor customer service on follow up left number and name for call which was promised on that day to happen. Phone call never happened until I rang them. Staff don’t know policies when asked. Website terms and conditions are misleading and on closer inspection are basically evading any responsibility of any faulty goods. There is no signage to show a replacement/refund policy in store. With lack of service and no concern or regard for customer retention I certainly will not be returning.Also to add insult to injury staff member told me 80 dollars was cheap for darts when their cheapest set is under 20 dollars and some of their most expensive is over 100 dollars. Price shouldn’t come into the expectation of darts being fit for purpose.

Bit of a joke. I arrive to use the computers to find out there is no internet and I have to use my own mobile hot spot.. I agree to use my own hot spot to find out there are 0 games installed on these computers and that I will have to use my own data to download these games. The esports chairs" are older then I am also I had a choice of "2 computers" that were so out of date it's a joke. The one young guy behind the bar was so friendly and so understanding but the fact that this place is called an internet Cafe is a joke"
