HAVE NO IDEA SET UP NEAR ME ALL THE TIME AND ALWAYS DO SO IN AWAY THAT BLOCKS MY DRIVE WAY HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT 15 TIME BUT JUST KEEP DOING IT ALL WRONG EVEN THERE PLANER HAS TOLD ME THAT'S NOT HOW THERE TOLD TO DO IT..NO BRAINS AT ALL..

I think Transport NSW doesn't even deserve one star but this is the least I can choose. I tapped on a insensitive machine yesterday then I was caught" for "Not tap on" on the light rail from UNSW to QVB. My colleague told the transport officer that she saw me tapped on

During Covid they treated me bad. The drivers didn't want to open the door to let me in without having already the mask on. I was putting the mask while I was entering. They were very rude and made multiple reports. However, no one cared from the department.I also was not able to breathe with the mask, and I had to leave the bus in the middle of the road and walk home. This company is not recommended.

This is not the first time I have been at the DOT success and will not be the last. There are several staffs ready to assist people with various issues.As soon as you walk in, you will be welcomed by a lovely, friendly lady who is eager to help you choose the right option; therefore, the clients can be served by the right staffs.I went there at about midday. I waited for about 3.5 hrs until my number was called. the guy who served me was nice. there was a document that cannot be used; thus, I lack of 1 ID in order to proceed any further. He instead of telling me to come back, politely suggested I sat and tried to access some other information that can be classified as valid. It's such a shame that I cannot access that fast enough. The cut-off time to have every thing organised prior to sitting on the test is 3.45pm sharp ( not even 3 mins late like me today).SO be prepared. take a few extra ID if you can have any.the ambient is as good as it can be. there are multiple couches; yet, they don't seem to be sufficient esp., when people still remain caution and keep distance from one another. there is no bathrooms in the establishment.According to the gentleman who served me today, he said DOT success is especially busy on Mondays and Fridays. We might want to avoid the busy days :)

Bloody expensive! $20.00 parking is a disgrace & really put a dampener on the first hour or so until the great stalls, available knowledge & friendly people dulled the pain.

Ok. Had a very long trip this morning. Up 4am to head to GC Airport for return trip to Syd (Home). Got to East Hills station (Glenfield then Liverpool) back to elderly parents. Dropped my Seniors Card down to bottom of platform. Huge shout out to Tahir who not only rescued my card but also carried my bag to next platform enabling me to get to next train connection to Glenfield. Thank you!
