Staff very rude, wrost customer service, hire hard working and polite staff, your staff are extremely rude, I wanna give minus star. People go for brand and when someone is spending big money, they expect good service. I visited on 26 feb 2021. Non of your staff wanna help, no one wanna greed or talk to me, are they judging me, come on. Please do something.

Avoid. Spend your money on the other brands in the shopping centre. they sale the poor quality stuff in there and wont return or swap the items for you. Its not like the other Ferragamo stores world wide. Zero customer service and will make you feel like lying or stealing, forget about the 2 year warranty. it's a trap! don’t go!

Not a great experience, long wait for a staff members help and once opened what bought at home, it wasn't new from the back like was adviced at payment, has scratches on it, so quite disappointing :(

Never thought of adding ferragamos to my collection. Was suprised of how comfortable and nice they are. Love that I can get these at good price and Quinn was very lovely! She was very helpful and I'm happy with my first pair of ferragamos. They are now my favourite pair of flats. Would be happy to go back to their store despite of traffic in homebush only because ferragamo's service is on point! Thanks Quinn xx

Worst customer service ever! Bought a small bag, first time use, handle comes off.i went there, they said will take a couple weeks to examine. A week later called me said its quality issue and they have brand new one in store for me to pick up. When i saw the replacement, i knew its not brand new.i questioned 10 times it doesnt look new at all. Finally they admit its display. I was like, u could have told me, so i dont need to drive all the way. I could have waited for the new one to be fixed. The manager said in a very defensive tone: everything in our store is display and we call it brand new!This is worst luxury brand service i have ever experienced.

I bought a shoes on 12th April. When I wore it I realized that the back of these shoes are actually coloring fade, which is absolutely not acceptable and not really expected from the shoe company, which producing a footwear for so many years already.The headache was when I bring shoes back to the store the other day morning, I was told the issue was made by myself. How can I make it, for I only bought them for several hours! Excuse obviously!My invoice also wrote ‘must accept the conditions of the shoes’, even I l’ve no idea when the sales did. If you are thinking of going to this store, be careful before you buy. If you already meet the similar problem like me, don’t give up your rights!

Shocking customer service. Pretty poor selection of men’s items. Would not recommend. Better to wait for the end of season Ferragamo sale which has better items at the same price

Very disappointed with this store. I tried on some sandles in a mustard colour and they were so comfortable but I ended up purchasing the black ones because I thought they would be more versatile. The next day I wanted to wear them and they were so uncomfortable they were PAINFUL and not wearable at all so I went back to exchange for the mustard ones only to be told that there was no exchange or refund for any reason!I was shocked after all the money I spend there they were completely unreasonable to exchange the brand new shoe for me. I won't make the mistake of shopping here again.

came in today asked if I could try size 11 shoes in style I wanted sales girl insisted I try another style because it was too difficult for her to go to stock room if the size does not fit.She said you can speak to the manager about it.... service in luxury should be a dream - NOT a hassle.
