Wanted to personally thank the management and specifically Claire at the front of house and first point of contact for the GP practice for the exceptional customer service and communications I reliably receive.Been coming to the GP practice in Iluka since its inception and having had two previous bad experiences at other local practices. Iluka Medical centre and Claire has never failed us and always delivered on all levels every time.Sometimes you attend doctors practices and it’s never when you’re happy, healthy and fighting fit. You can be made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience and zero care factor!Iluka Medical Practice and Claire always meet and exceed all expectations and set the standards for every other practice and would highly recommend them.Thanks Mark M

I would like to highly recommend Inglis Medical Centre in Sale. I had a requirement to see a Dr late on Monday afternoon and although there were no available appointments that day I was able to be accommodated the following day. The Dr was thorough and attended to my needs promptly. I have used this medical clinic for all my medical needs for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough, from the reception staff, nurses, doctors, pathology and chemist, they are all first rate and I would never consider changing to another clinic.

I recently took my son to see Anthony and he is amazing my 8-year-old took to him and was made to feel very comfortable.Anthony explained everything thoroughly and will definitely be going back.reception staff was very friendly.

Had a second appointment via teleconference and was told a prescription would be emailed across of the antibiotics i had been on for the previous 5 days.No prescription was sent so called @8:54am the next day and I was advised my email address was input incorrectly. Clarified my email address and was told it would be emailed through.Called back @ 10:13am as I still had not received the prescription.Was told it was a busy morning with lots of emergencies...fair enough. I explained what the medication was for and that I was keen to get to a pharmacy.Receptionist said it would be sent within half an hour.Called back @ 11:54am as STILL NO PRESCRIPTION.Was then told I have to book an appointment ( that I wouldn't be charged for ) because it was a different doctor on duty who couldn't issue prescriptions off other doctors notes.THAT IS COMPLETE RUBBISH....ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We've never been fitter, better or stronger, pretty amazing since I qualify for a seniors discount! Physique Smart have been fantastic helping me grow and reach my potential. I actually chose them because they have amazing attention to detail, deep experience and solid tertiary qualifications, and I've made a complete bunch of friends at the health club, added bonus! (Y)

Pathetic service, what’s the point in booking appointments and being made to wait over 1.5 hours after appointment time, while 8 other people walked in after me and saw doctors before me… awful awful place to get treated and to have to wait, their toilets are absolutely disgusting for a doctors aswell.. pathetic and dirty is all I can describe this place as

The staff are always and professional. I have been attending this practice for nearly three years and have never had any issues. The doctor I see is motivated to assisting me with all my ailments and gives great advice when needed.Thank you Iluka Medical Centre for all you do for myself and my boys.

Have to give this rating because as a doctor should be polite and patient with the patients. Instead the GP was rude in talking and always in hurry. I will not recommend anyone to this place.

Gabriel has been treating me for long term hip and back issues. The exercises he has given me are both appropriate for my age and ability and, most importantly, he listens! He also collaborated with Anthony, one of the podiatrists, who identified some other issues. Overall I can honestly say that I am feeling much improved. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful, particularly when trying to organise physio and podiatrist appointments in conjunction with one another. Parking at the Richmond clinic is great.Seniors discount is also much appreciated.
