Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Steve was very friendly and helpful from the start. We were given a full overview of the system which led us to order the Otolift Modul Air curved stairlift. We were given a satisfactory price and the system was delivered well before the quoted date. In addition, installation was completed well within the time quoted with minimum disruption.We have now had the system for about 6 weeks and it has been a boon to my wife who has difficulty with stairs. Very easy to use and a pleasure to have. Sturdy and no problems whatsoever. If we should have a problem I feel comfortable having Steve on hand to help.

Aggressive dispatcher and aggressive driver. Waited 20 minutes for a cab. “We can’t tell you a pick up time”. Their excuse? “We can’t get drivers, and we are very busy“. Really? Where do they think they are? New York?? Gave up in the end and got a ride from a friend.This taxi service needs to be investigated. With their staff aggressive behaviour it poses a threat to the safety and well being of customers.No customer skills whatsoever. Rough as guts.

Russell is an Incredibly unpleasant, aggressive and threatening driver. He refused to use the meter and insisted on charging double what we had just been charged for the same trip in reverse two hours prior. When question he threatened to call the police. During the trip he drove far too fast around corners and was constantly complaining. He took a phone call from a potential customer while we were in the cab and proceeded to abuse them so they hung up. Kept telling us how busy he was and how difficult his job is. You're better off walking home than letting this guy spoil your evening.

Mohammad takes care of his patience and always has a smile on his face. I appreciate his service. Thanks mate.

The drivers are awesome. Waiting at the train station for my Niece to bring her home during a storm when my car had broken down. Decent prices too

The owner was very patient with me while I had many questions about the suitability of this lift and possible modifications for my physical disability. I highly recommend this company and their lift is of very high quality. We are very happy. They installed in one day and even followed up one year later for the free service. Our lift is one of the pictures on their website!
