Doll store

Visited Lawton store today and was attended by staff member vikki .. I was purchasing a bike and several other items well over $200 dollars .. i had them all at the counter and asked a question about soccer kit I was buying vikki could not tell me if it came with a ball and I asked her if they had any other options or did this particular one come with a ball … she rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and pointed to the other end of store with no indication of helping me … I then stood to the side and looked on my phone for advice and went to back of store to try and find something similar.. could not find anything or a staff member to help !!!! I did take the tape off the soccer box but did not take anything out or remove anything as I did see a ball in the box … I then decided that I would by my shopping vikki was very rude and definitely not helpful but it was her body language and the heavy breathing and sighing and just made it all seem to hard .. I felt she gave no customer service or advice and did not help me with my questions and I felt she had no intention of moving from behind the counter to help me … walked out and will spend my money at another toy shop the offers service …

The place to go for eco friendly, sustainable and thoughtful gifts for little ones and family life. Like wooden toys, homeopathy or green cleaning products. These products are healthier and will last a longer longer than what you normally come across! I had a great chat to Kate the owner, she’s lovely.

Best Toyworld around and place to find a large variety of selections. What also attracts me to this store is not only all the options, it's the cleanliness of the place. Everything is in it's place. A+ for organisation.

Some items are well priced some are expensive and can be found cheaper at other stores. They don't not price match.

What a wonderful shop! I was digging online for a 1st birthday present and realised this shop was also bricks and mortar, so came down. Such a great array of toys at competitive prices, so is definitely worth buying instore and supporting a small business. Great customer service and we left very happy. Thank you!
