Hay Point Country Bed & Breakfast
A genuine country B&B with goats, garden, chickens, ducks and birds. The hosts are delightful people and their hospitality is wonderful. It is a very relaxing and enjoyable place. We highly recommend Hay Point Country B&B.

This was my parents old house and was so lovely of Kerry and Leigh to allow the use of this grand house to farewell my Mother after her service sharing it with some many of my parents dear and wonderful friends after nearly 50 years in the Valley. Kerry and Leigh have made beautiful upgrades to the house and if available would be recommend this beautiful house as a wonderful Air BnB to one and all. Brenton

Hay Point Country Bed & Breakfast
I have stayed at the BnB on a couple of occasions now and have enjoyed the visits when i am passing through the Mackay region. Judy and Graham are excellent hosts and provide a very comfortable and clean place to stay. We organised in advance to have dinner prepared during our work trips which was very satisfying and the breakfast was also delicious, in particular, the home made relish! Thank you for having us

We had the most wonderful stay at Hay Point, it’s Heaven on a Stick. The hosts are so generous sharing their property with our two standard labradoodles. If you are looking for that special peaceful beautiful place to stay with your fur babies I can’t recom Hay Point enough. It’s so pretty the independent granny flat is well appointed, immuclate, comfortable relaxing and the view from all the windows is so gorgeous. Can’t wait to visit again.

From a warm and helpful welcome from Petra to a cosy comfortable bed followed by a delicious breakfast we couldn't fault anything. We enjoyed Harrie's wine so much we bought more! The cottage is quiet and in a beautiful setting with views over the valley and only a short drive to local wineries and restaurants. Petra's talent is obvious in her pottery and, yes, we bought a piece too.

Petra and Harry are the perfect hosts who maintain this beautiful cottage with a lovely attention to details. We had the most relaxing stay with fluffy bathrobes and towels, cosy fire and the perfect place for a sundowner on the balcony. Thank you.

Nature, food, animals... just wonderful. People, even more. Great customer service. The owner and the people working in this amazing place are gentle, respectful, caring, wonderful human being. The experience was perfect: foggy morning, hot breakfast, horse riding in the forest, gnammy bbq lunch, cosy accommodation, chilled afternoon. I recommend this gateway to everyone, especially to the one living and working in the City: run away from that hell and go spoil yourself in this paradise!

Great culture. Sweet farm, owner and workers. Had a lovely relaxing and beautiful ride of 2 hours and the Cider and Cheese platter. Everyone made for good conversation and the animals for loving hugs.Note: don't bother emailing ~ give them a call

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay in Petra & Harrie’s gorgeous, clean, cosy cottage and awoke to a yummy homemade breakfast. Nothing to fault, the view is stunning, kitchen has everything you need, bathroom is huge with spa bath, fire roaring, close to so many wineries, eateries and Kalamunda around the corner. For 6 woman needing a break, it was perfect. ❤️

We had a wonderful time camping here over the Queens birthday long weekend.Plenty of space for our group and still accessible to the amenity block. There are 3 toilets and 3 showers available for each gender. So expect queues if it's a busy period. No power is available with limited clean water available. Bring your drinking water as the water supplied is brown and has floaters.Great Campsite, but be wary of all the animal droppings as the horses wander around camp and do their business.Suitable for all vehicles, but just be careful as the road from the entrance to campsites are dirt roads which can get quite rough and bumpy.Winter camping can be very cold so be prepared for some frosty mornings.
