Duty free store

I've travelled from London to Australia for a month and my partner at highly recommend Lotte Duty Free in Sydney. We was approached by the ever so lovely Daniel who works at the Tom Ford concession, who took us around the whole store trying perfumes and he even he done a beautiful make up application on me with some products I wanted to try. He was just absolutely lovely, no pressure shopping just assistance on everything I needed, great advice as well he really knows his stuff and honestly gave us one of the best shopping experiences i've ever had. He even offered us soft drinks as the store was a bit warm. He really is a asset to the business and ask for him when you go to the store!! Thank you again Daniel!

Went to the shop and checked out some watches today. They have luxury brands like Omega, Breitling, longines etc. Had Fiona to look after me today. Her knowledge in watches and services was exceptional. Appreciated her patience and advices in helping me to pick a satisfying watch.

Situated just on the right of the transit lounge, the duty free store has the standard essentials. A combination of beauty brands and alcohol brands, with a good range from entry to premium labels. Some of the red wine are well priced and on promotionas well. Do keep an eye out there. I came at night, so maybe had less staff, hence couldn't give feedback on the service. Overall not too bad.

Very friendly.I always try to get my lenses and cameras from them. The return policy that they say, is really there.

First time visiting the Sydney Duty Free store and totally recommend this place! We were impressed with the selection of brands and their customer services. Daniel who is working at Tom Ford counter was friendly, helpful and very patience in answering our questions and assisting us with purchases. The Wine and alcohol section gives a great ambiance almost felt like we were in a private cellar. It has a wide range of alcohol to choose from. We were enquiring about Australian whiskey and were impressed with the gentleman’s knowledge who we didn’t get a chance to ask for his name. Overall it was a great, relaxing shopping experience and everything is well priced. No doubt we will go back there again to shop for duty free products before travelling overseas.

From the 70's Signage outside you should know what you are in for a lame excuse for a camera store. Everything has the price tags hidden ? So you have to ask the price on all the cameras. That's if there is someone to ask.

I went in to this shop for some photos for a Vietnam visa on arrival. My hair colour is salt and pepper grey. The photos I received had my hair colour as STRAWBERRY BLONDE AND GREY. I questioned this and was told it was due to flash photography by one staff member and that if I needed a true representation of my hair colour I would need to see a professional photographer. I asked how is it that Australia Post can do a photo with a flash that does not change my hair colour in such a drastic manner? I was then offered a refund which I accepted.Whilst waiting for my refund another staff member (the one who took the actual photo) started to argue with myself that there was nothing wrong with the photos provided. Now considering I needed these photos for a VISA ON ARRIVAL APPLICATION FORM FOR VIETNAM and had to explain to this idiot that I was not going to be stuffed around for his failure to take a proper photo. I pointed out to him to stop waisting my time and that if he wishes to argue he could do so with himself.It is beyond belief that this shop is actually in business considering one staff member feels you need to see a professional photographer for a LEGAL PASSPORT / VISA or ID PHOTO and the other appears to be colour blind?

Amazing services and great make up skills. I visited lotte duty free for a make up consultation. I was served by Jessie and she provided amazing make up services and advices for skincare too! Thanks, will definitely give a return!

Bad Experience... I visited to have my baby photo for passport application, The lady attended me was very unprofessional, didn't even bother to talk with me. She took photos in flash and photos very having flash components and not good photos. I think these photos will not be accepted... Overall very bad experience

Good range of products, great prices. Very nice and friendly staff, especially Sally in La Mer section. She was super helpful.
