Electrical equipment supplier

My first time here, I purchased a dryer, and the service was amazing. My second time here, I purchased a Nintendo Switch and was ignored by staff until I found someone willing to help. And my phone number is listed under both my name & some random guy.

Hardly any available stock of white goods ready to take home, even though says available on web. Hardly any staff to assist. When you do finally get someone though they are pretty helpful. Won’t sell the floor stock who knows why if they can’t get any stock anyway.

Ordered a pair of headphones that weren’t in stock and was told they would be in the next delivery, went in a week later to be told they were indeed on back order and that I could be waiting weeks for them. The girl who served me initially seemed like she didn’t want to be there and barely said 2 words to me. Thank you to the lady who gave me my refund, you had no idea what you were doing but you were nice about it at least

Terrible service and little help at all! We purchased an oven off them in April 2022 for it to be faulty. Enamel wear and coming off the hot plate and a beyond loud fan (sounds like an aeroplane is landing). We contacted them Dec the week before Christmas to get this issue resolved and a repairer came out fast which was great, he said he couldn’t come until back from holidays which we were very understanding of. To then be in Feb and not hear from anyone. We contacted him and he finally came out and attempted to repair the hot plate and fan. Both failed attempts and both unresolved. It’s not April 2023 and we are still trying to get a replacement oven. I called tonight to complain to the manager Nicole and she said leave it with me like all their team does and said I’ll call you back in 10mins. Haven’t heard from her and yet still here on a goose chase trying to get the oven replaced! Won’t ever buy from here again. Considering we run a business and used to use them often for our supplies it’s a big loss for them.

Definitely 5 star really happy with Blocker Electricals team; was struggling to find electricians who are not only skilled but also very friendly to deal with; I am glad that i have contacted Blocker Electrical.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Kept an item we had returned for repair for over 10 days without sending it off to the repairer with no communication, putting us out of pocket quite significantly as a result obtaining replacement items in those days. Now completely ignoring any attempt to communicate to rectify the situation.

Great service from Matt and Paul. Highly recommend Qld Calibration these guys are legends and take care of their customers.

As consumers, we're quite quick to make postings of poor experiences when it comes to customer services. This is NOT one of them. Both my daughter and I were so happy and pleased to experience the exceptional customer service from the loveliest of sales representatives at E&S DFO - Tanya! She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable across a broad range of products and genuinely helpful. We initially went to the Good Guys but were just asked to look around, make up our minds and then come see them -bit of a brush off really, especially when we needed a full suite of products for our new kitchen. After the genuine customer service we experienced with Tanya, we didn't even bother to compare prices..........her service was priceless. Tanya went above and beyond - not only did she keep me updated during the week on my order status (~$6k worth), but she took the liberty to even contact me to enquire if I wanted all the products delivered at once, or to keep some on hold. Thank you Tanya - very very much. I hope E&S know your worth and value you :-)
