Electrical repair shop

Had three aircon units installed 14 months ago by Voltora Industries. Wouldn't recommend them as one unit completely fell off the external wall two days ago as it was not mounted to the stud instead nailed into trimming...Rang Voltora to have this fixed and assess whether the unit was damaged and was told by Jess that the 12 month warranty was over and that I would need to pay to have them come fix their poor workmanship. The customer service received from Jess made me very upset and I was only able to organise for them to come out free of charge after asking for it to be raised with someone else and then having to make multiple further phone calls.Really upset with the work completed. Only choose Voltora based on the good reviews I saw online so hopefully this helps someone else.

A big thank you to Adam and Lu for installing our Telephone NBN line and Ethernet cable yesterday. When you engage a contractor, you want quality service, courtesy, professionalism and punctuality and they do not let you down. You get all of these plus friendliness, excellent work ethic and willingness to help in any way.They make you feel like they are committed to you as a person first and customer second.This is the third time we have asked Australian Electrical Force for assistance with electrician work. Very good service, they picked up our Laptop, fixed it and delivered it as promised, albeit it was a complex issue and they had to source components from overseas.Good people, good work, good service overall.

Communication was great throughout the process of split ac installation..Happy with the end result. Kudos to Arjun and the team for being accomodating and completing the job in a professional manner as per schedule despite the really hot weather.Also, special mention for Anna for organising everything and responding to every call very patiently. !! 5 stars from me and i look forward to future business with the team.

I had such a positive experience with James and wanted to jump on here and leave a good review for him because he deserves it. My partner and I hired him to do a few odd jobs around the house, mainly installing a couple of power points and light fixtures, as well as an exhaust fan in the bathroom. James was punctual and arrived at the time he said he would, and smashed out the job nice and quickly! He was friendly and easy to talk to (I had a couple of quotes from tradies who were a bit rude and abrupt), so having someone with a positive attitude was awesome! Very reasonable rates too, and he even came back the next day to help us reconnect an appliance we needed help with. Thanks for an awesome experience James - we won’t hesitate to hire you again if we need more work done!
