If you want CCTV installed in your property don't waste your time trying to contact Coletek. After seeing their systems and their prices on their web sites for a cctv installation I tried to contact them via their website for over a week. Did not receive any response. We were not after a quote and were quite happy to go ahead based on web prices as we wanted the system installed as soon as possible. It is probably a good thing they didn't respond because if they can't manage to return a simple web enquiry then how could you rely on them to back up the system. Poor communications and customer service.

1. Dropped my phone, smashed the screen badly.2. I was grateful that, when I rang this bloke, he let me drop over immediately to his home garage where he works. He replaced the screen while I waited and, when the phone still didn't work, tried a second screen in case there was a fault with the first he'd used. The phone still didn't work. ... the new screen had a mind of its own and the phone wouldn't connect to the Telstra network. Might have been the phone was stuffed from its fall. Might have been the screen he put on was dodgy. Who knows. He didn't know. He suggested the next step was to restore to factory settings and see if that solved anything.3. One plus: Thankfully, with the new screen, I was able to save the data on the phone that I thought I might have lost—by airdropping to my Mac.4. This bloke offered to do some more investigations but I decided to pay the bill ($100) and leave. I found him extremely patronising and unpleasant to deal with. He was extremely fond of the sound of his own voice. I was stressed because of multiple deadlines that the smashed phone issue was keeping me from and the fact I needed it for work and he found it amusing to say that he'd never seen anyone so anxious about a phone. I didn't tell him that I was stressed because I found his company so deeply unpleasant.5. Tom and his team are some of the best in the business! Great service, really care about getting the best out of your boat. Tom installed a solar system and helped 'recommission' the electrics on my boat that had been worked on by some substandard trades. In an industry where so many trades are so lacking, dealing with these guys is a breath of fresh air. Wouldn't let anyone else touch the electrics on my Arvor from now on.

Andrew messaged me prior to turning up and arrived as advised. Andrew went straight to work without any delays. He informed me of the cost every step of the way and left the washing machine ready to use with no mess left. Pricing was good and the labour and call out fees were explained prior to booking Andrew in. I would recommend and will use this service and Andrew again.

Have only had pleasant experiences with this company. They certainly are always prompt. The office staff are lovely & called almost straight away after receiving my online booking request. I didn’t have to wait around for the tech Shanan to arrive. He turned up when he said he would & fixed the problem in no time. I’ve had really bad experience with other tradies & it’s been very refreshing dealing with this company. I’ve used them twice & will definitely be using them again.
