Outstanding service and care. Quick to get an appointment, they were on time. The vet was super friendly and caring, explained everything in great detail. The clinic submitted my insurance claim for me. And the follow up was awesome, even got a call asking how my dog was going a few days later. Just amazing, can't recommend enough!

The staff are fantastic!! Supportive, understanding and compassionate. Sad that we needed to use the facility but I can't speak highly enough of the care we all received and especially our precious furniture baby.

Good and attentive vets and nurses, I take both my 15yo cat and a 11yo dog there, they always receive good care, vaccinations or treatment.

We purchased a small dog from a registered “breeder”. He has had a number of issues! Busselton Vet Hospital have been fantastic. I KNOW our dog was truly looked after, loved and had the best care he could of had. Thank you!

We took our very sick little dog to this clinic after receiving very average treatment at our regular vet. Their care and consideration was outstanding. The vet who looked after our little family member, went to no end of trouble explaining the situation with great compassion for both our little dog and myself. I think the vet spent two hours with me explaining likely outcomes and options with great honesty and as it turned out great accuracy. I came away feeling that I was her only client.We lost our little dog, she had to be euthanased and this was carried out with the same care we had always received.Nine months later and we have just adopted another little dog, not as a replacement, nothing could replace that little dog, but to try to fill the void. Needless to say I will be taking this little one to the same caring place even though it is a considerable distance from my home.Regarding their charges, I believe they are more than competitive with other vets.

Amazing staff throughout whole practice. Receptionist, Vets and Groomers have been there caring for my family pets since 2009 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They all care about animals and understand how important they are to your family.

The team at Moe Vets does a fantastic job. Laura and Su-en are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks for being there for us and our pets over the years.

My dog was with another vet, but we ran out of his medications and they were fully booked for the next three weeks. Luckily, Concord Vet was able to see him right away and Patch got his medications. I did not realised how good this walk in system can be until I needed it. The same thing with helping Patch cross the rainbow bridge. We were able to come in when Patch was ready. The staff were so great. I emailed about the process, the cost etc and all of my emails were answered promptly in a friendly reassuring tone. They really do understand it was a hard decision. On the day, they were so accommodating and professional. I highly recommend CONCORD VET. Don't be put off with the no appointment system,.

Mullum Vet Clinic is a professional caring place. They looked after our dog after a trauma with care and compassion. The facility is brand new and state of the art - the landscaping of the grounds is awesome!
