Wasted 8 weeks so far, can't get right boxes.Packaging consultant Ray Dimeck visit me at my warehouse today and checked faulty boxes.He acknowledged there was a problem with the product, but insisted it did not affect use and refused to fix the problem nor return it.He also threatened that ”Even if you took me to court, it would not solve the problem”.I spent the whole afternoon calming myself down and decided to lodge ACCC complaint.Completely waste of time.
