I hired LJ Hooker Willetton as an owner and a summary of my experience would be awful".It took them over 5 months to get a tenant (We've just signed with a new agent and they already had 2 tenants lined up before we even returned the contract after 2 days!).The communications from the property manager was horrendous. I have two giant no junk mail stickers on my letter box. Every other business respects this, except Belle property. They feel the need to remind me that I can never afford to buy a house in this area. I actually miss the menus from the nice Indian restaurant but due to the huge amount of real-estate litter being forcefully shoved in their by underpaid workers, I had to put not just one no junk mail sticker but two. Technically I can report this as littering.

Not the best Photoshopping job. I can't imagine the vendor is impressed and it's not exactly appealing to buyers to see a poor attempt to change the appearance of a house for sale...
