David & team were very quick, careful & professional. Sorted out decades of belongings, furniture & assorted memorabilia, which was delivered to us, went to charity or auction. Bravely ventured under the house, which hadn't been opened for years. Left the property clean & ready for sale. Highly recommend.

We engaged Lighthouse Estate Clearances to help with the clearing out of our family home. Original plans were for 3 people to complete the job and unfortunately only 2 could make it. David and John turned up and just got stuck into the job. They worked tirelessly, were extremely professional and took the care to ask us if certain items were actually to be disposed of or sent to auction.
